• Established in Portugal, Seletiva MGA is a company composed by lawyers and insurance brokers with over 30 years of professional experience. Our services are based on the evaluation, management and claim investigation, as well as legal consulting in Arbitration and litigious procedures, in case it isn’t possible to fulfill our main goal, which is to settle the claim peacefully, but observing all local requisites and possible exposures. As risk managers, our goal is to foresee events that may lead to possible claim and to mitigate our clients’ exposure. In Latin America, our legal office has correspondents in Peru, Chile, Argentina and Uruguay, properly registered and able to assess you in any needs. In Europe, we have representatives in London, Belgium and Spain.
